At Giordano Online, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return or exchange items within 30 days of receipt provided they are in original condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Log in to your Giordano account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack the Items

  Carefully place the unworn items with original packaging and tags into a secure shipping box, including the printed return form inside.

• 3.
  Ship Your Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
